We reserve the right to verify identity before settling balances, to pause accounts flagged

Indonesian payment rails — DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS — are processed through licensed local partners, and we keep their compliance notes filed alongside our own. Disputes are handled first through our policy desk before escalation.
